Treffle Belhumeur - Milkman - worked at 175 Colborne during the late 1930's until 1940. He was involved in an accident while delivering Milk for Ernest Cousins Limited in a rented car January 8, 1940.
George Buckley - Purchasing Agent for Ernest Cousins Limited (1960's ?)

Thomas Percival Cousins - Dairyman at Ernest Cousins Limited, worked very hard at Montée du Zouave in all positions at the dairy until his untimely death (Tuberculosis). (1904 - 1921)
Joseph Hector Dorion - Milkman - Worked at Ernest Cousins Limited in 1920 , at Montée Du Zouave.
Emile Gauvin - Milkman - Worked for Ernest Cousins 1936 - 1956 (start date likely much earlier) at 175 Colborne Avenue - Please read Emile's story as told from his son Pierre Gauvin
Pierre Gauvin - Milkman / (Delivery Boy) " J'ai travaille la durant les vacances d'ete dans les annees 49 et 50". The pay was about $2.00 a day. As well at the age of 13 he worked in the ice cream facility during the summer school break.

His milk routes were located in the sectors of the Mile End, Little Italy, La Petite Patrie and the Plateau Mont-Royal (Start unknown - 1956)

Pierre Germain - Delivery Boy (age 9) - At times, he helped his brothers , Claude and Raymond with their milk routes (1956 or so)
Raymond Germain - Milkman - Worked for Ernest Cousins Limited at 175 Colborne Avenue. He had a milk route in Outremont (1953- 1956)
Ron Grandin - Milkman / (Delivery Boy) - Worked for Ernest Cousins on Saturdays as a delivery boy with the horse and wagon. "Pay was 11 dimes for the whole day, but all the chocolate milk you could drink.!!!!!"
Lenford William Hoskins - Milkman - Worked for Ernest Cousins Limited (1950's until Cousins closes down) at both 175 Colborne Avenue and 3115 Côte de Liesse.
Gary Hoskins aka Hos - Milkman/ (Delivery Boy) - Worked for Ernest Cousins Limited helping his father with delivery's at both 175 Colborne Avenue and 3115 Côte de Liesse in the 1950's until Cousins closes down. Of note his Uncle Bob Simpson and Hos's brother also worked at the dairy.
Leonard Hoskins - Milkman/ (Delivery Boy) - Worked for Ernest Cousins Limited helping his Uncle Bob Simpson with delivery's in the La Salle and Verdun areas. Leonard worked out of both 175 Colborne Avenue and 3115 Côte de Liesse in the 1950's until Cousins closes down.
George Laws - (Milkman/ Delivery Boy) 1920's - worked at Montée du Zouave. He is the driver of the "Ernest Cousins - Zouave Dairy - Telephone East 4080" wagon found in the "dairy Photograph's" section. The picture is actualy a postcard put out by Artura Postcards. The horse's name was Jackie.
P? J? Marmelston - (title unknown) 1921 - worked at Montee du Zouave.
Mr. McKay - Stable Foreman - Worked for Ernest Cousins Limited (1940's ?) at 175 Colborne street.
Harry Mozuk - Tank-scale Weigher - (1923 to at least 1938) Worked for Ernest Cousins Limited at both Montée du Zouave and 175 Colborne Street. He lived at 4102 Laval Avenue. Harry was acquitted of improperly weighing customers cans of milk.
Richard Allen Murphy - Milkman - Worked for Ernest Cousins Limited ( possibly 1945 to 1960/61) at 175 Colborne street.
Jack Napier - (title unknown) 1920's - worked at Montée du Zouave.
Paul Renaud - Plant Worker - 175 Colborne Avenue. His start date is unknown, but he is believed to have worked there until retirement at some point in the 1960's.
Paul Silver - Milkman - Worked for Ernest Cousins Limited in 1934. Paul lived at 4222 Drolet Street. He was robbed at gun point while making a delivery of milk for Ernest Cousins Limited. (June 18, 1934)
