Looking through the tax returns of Ernest Cousins Limited some pretty startling numbers literally jump off the page. By the early 1950's the company was selling over $2,000,000,00 annually. These are some figures that I found interesting and really puts into perspective the success of the dairy.     In 1932 Ernest Cousins yearly salary was $10,000.00The secretary-treasurer salary was $ 5,000.00 dollars.
